After the summer break, the fall season brings renewed momentum to the job market, as many professionals look to explore career advancement and growth opportunities. In this context, the premier platform for those seeking new professional challenges in the region has long been the Regional Job Fair!
The largest online job fair in Croatia and the region took place from October 15 to 22, attracting significant interest from both employers and job seekers alike.
With 126 participating employers from Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia, the fair offered nearly a thousand open positions. Candidates had the chance to explore a wide range of opportunities across industries, from sales and hospitality to the tech sector.
The fair was organized by Alma Career Croatia in collaboration with regional partners: Poslovi Infostud in Serbia, MojPosao.ba in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vrabotuvanje in North Macedonia, and Deloglasnik in Slovenia.
High demand for roles in sales, administration, and reception Over the eight days of the fair, there were more than 650,000 visits, with candidates submitting over 60,000 applications for open positions.
In addition to job listings, employers’ virtual booths featured rich content such as photos and videos of the work environment, offering candidates an authentic glimpse into each company's culture and values. These materials attracted high levels of engagement, with a total of 3.98 million page views recorded.
In Croatia alone, employers garnered 180,000 visits and received nearly 9,000 job applications—almost double the volume from last year’s fair.
The most visited booths in Croatia were from companies such as dm, Končar, and Hrvatska pošta.
When it came to specific job roles, candidates showed the greatest interest in positions for sales associates, administrators, and receptionists.
