Artificial intelligence helps companies to create job offers at Profesia.sk

Since March, artificial intelligence in the form of an AI assistant has been helping companies to create an offer on the Slovak portal Profesia.sk. After entering the position, it can create an attractive title (several suggestions), describe the job title, employee benefits provided, as well as the personality prerequisites and skills that they expect from applicants. The created text can then be adjusted.

The AI assistant either generates the complete text of the offer just from knowing the position, or it helps to make the company´s text of the offer more attractive - a formal, friendly or motivating form.

“Companies were immediately interested in the news. The initial enthusiasm has not subsided, and daily the AI assistant is used for about 250 offers. They appreciate it as an interesting, new source of inspiration, for example, in the benefits offered that they would not have thought to mention. Most often, companies use AI to fill job descriptions and also to create alternative job titles,” says Veronika Vidová, Group Product Manager Profesia B2B.
