In the Baltics, the Lithuanian job portal CV-Online takes part in the international DUOday event and theme day where companies and organizations open their doors and introduce their companies to the disabled. CV-Online have even become ambassadors for DUOday, which has been organized every years since 2019.
CV-Online also supports SOPA, Dirbančių neįgaliųjų asociacija (Association of People with Disabilities in Employment), as well as other NGOs and projects that assist the integration of people with disabilities into the open labor market.
CV-Online constantly organizes free seminars for upper secondary school, vocational school, and higher education students on the labor market, job hunting and CV writing. CV-Online takes part in career days where our recruitment professionals advise young people on various job search and career questions.
CV-Online Estonia has conducted surveys on the state of work environments and well-being in Estonia, such as “Working during holidays” and “Bullying in the workplace”, receiving almost 5,000 responses. The aim of the surveys was to raise awareness of mental health and distribute information in order to improve working environments in Estonia. Based on the results, CV-Online Estonia has created more than 20 educational blog articles. The blog has attracted over 60,000 readers, and three times this attention on social media.
