Senior Key Account Manager

What will be your mission
  • You'll be responsible for around 20 of our largest clients, helping them with everything HR related (recruitment, surveys, employer branding, etc.) and making them even happier than they already are.
  • Our great products will be at your disposal, background of the strongest player on the market, loads of data and great teams of specialists behind your back.
  • So you can design a tailor-made solution for your client you'll need to know LMC's products and services down to the smallest detail. But don't worry, we'll teach you everything.
  • You will interact with clients frequently, working closely together and you'll make friends with some of them. Your advice, visions and new ideas will help your relationship to grow.
How do you know you're the right man for the job?
  • It doesn't matter how old you are or what school you have, but how much you want to get into it and use your business talents. If you have direct experience in the job market, that will definitely be a plus for you.
  • Big clients won't scare you because you already have experience with them. You know very well that it's not enough to sell, you need to consult, advise, propose meaningful solutions and be able to defend them. That's why you can be an equal partner to our clients' senior management.
  • You like to keep up to date and know what's happening in your field, you are interested in news and developments in the labour market, so you can inspire and enrich the client
  • You can read data and use it to see things in context, to argue and make decisions
  • You can easily conduct a business meeting in English
  • You can achieve your goals through empathy, accurate identification of client needs, discretion, but also courage
  • You believe in the principles of win-win strategy and you can network with your left foot.
  • Good preparation for client meetings is essential for you.
  • Having a driver's license is not enough, you drive a lot and you like to drive.
  • You reside in Prague or its vicinity
