Meanwhile, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Henkel, McDonald’s, Lidl, Danucem, Sociálna poisťovňa, and Slovenské elektrárne successfully defended their first-place titles from last year at a gala evening in Bratislava’s Old market hall. Their long-term success suggests that investing in employee satisfaction truly pays off.
