Recruiters in Finland can now rely on guaranteed results, thanks to Jobly's new product innovations.
Jobly is the first job search service in Finland to guarantee a set number of views for job ads. Every recruitment campaign comes with a performance guarantee, and the price is determined by the desired number of views.
– When the job ad gets enough views from a right audience, it will generate more quality applications to find the right employee and provide us more data how we can optimize our application conversion even more. The guaranteed number of views is also an easy way to understand what you get for your money, says Jesse Huusari, Chief Product Officer.
The performance guarantee was tested last year in customized Inspire products and has now been extended to all campaigns this year. Jobly’s Customer Experience team monitors the performance of the campaigns.
– Since the beginning of the year, we’ve launched thousands of campaigns with a performance guarantee. In virtually all cases, the guarantee has been fulfilled.
The performance guarantee is included in both the automated Basic and Attract products, which collect between 400 and 1,500+ views depending on the level, as well as in the manually optimized Inspire products, which can generate over 6,000 views.
– Unique visibility in Alma's media network utilizing Xandr combined with digital marketing in Meta, Google and LinkedIn, search engines and re-targeting in RTB House, deliver the best results as quickly as possible. Effective targeting ensures that the ads are seen by the right audiences, Huusari says.
Flexible marketing with a monthly subscription
In addition to ensuring high performance for individual ads, Jobly offers flexible solutions for companies with high recruitment volumes.
– There are customers who post so many job ads that it's not even reasonable to market all of them individually on a campaign level, but we are now able to promote all of their ads, Huusari says.
Jobly Subs is a new solution designed for high-volume advertisers, allowing all job ads to be automatically posted on Jobly.
– The customer can decide how many of them are promoted through marketing. It’s a Netflix-type solution where you can commit for just one month at a time if you wish, Huusari says.
The flexible Subs service has also been in use for a year, and the promoted ads published through it have already accumulated over one million views.

In 2024, posting job ads became free of charge on Jobly. A basic job posting is visible in the Jobly search and reaches active job seekers who visit Jobly.
The recruiter can easily upgrade their ad online.
– We’re aiming for a larger market share. The number of recruiters has increased already over 60 % this year. Free jobs ads allow smaller companies to get started with Jobly easily and it of course also increases the amount of job ads available to job seekers, Huusari says.
